It provides students with the necessary tools to effectively address work-related problems, such as human resources management, competency assessment and career guidance, occupational health and safety, work organization, or organizational change management.
This program prepares psychologists who work in the "human resources" sector in the broadest sense (personnel services, training services, consulting offices, rehabilitation centers, working conditions services, etc.) in the public, private, industrial, and other sectors.
Training objectives:
Training in occupational and organizational psychology and human resources management aims to deepen knowledge and acquire competencies primarily related to the content of the specialization program: labor legislation, human resources management and training, job analysis and communication, social psychology and organizational management, occupational psychopathology, negotiation and social relations, promotions and classifications, the legal context, and the economic context.
Acquired Skills:
The Master's program in Occupational and Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management aims to develop a wide range of high-level practical, methodological, and theoretical skills in social psychology as well as in organizational and work psychology. This will enable graduates to practice teaching, training, research, and work as professionals in the field of occupational and organizational psychology. Graduates will be able to:
- Assess the potential and competencies of individuals,
- Master the methods of ethnographic observation of activity, participant observation, and processing of collected data,
- Know how to manage human resources (recruitment, assessment, job and competency forecasting, classification, training, working conditions),
- Ability to manage change and project management,
- Ability to facilitate relational and activation capabilities: group coordination, meetings, negotiation,
- Ability to analyze real work activity.
