Objectives:
This doctoral training primarily aims to promote national development by linking the academic university environment to the economic and social sectors, through the application of academic research results in real-world settings. The idea of this program emerged from the need to train competent students capable of developing roadmaps and solutions for Algerian companies in the face of challenges in document production and management, especially given the intense competition and the critical importance of adapting to information technology advancements.
The program also aims to deepen and refine students' knowledge of electronic archiving principles and policies, which are vital given the state’s digitization strategy.
- Emulate international experiences in handling and archiving digital documents, especially to overcome storage and preservation issues in traditional systems.
- Leverage the academic studies within this program to adopt electronic archiving solutions in economic institutions, improving work processes and productivity.
- Generalize the experience to other sectors while learning from past mistakes.
- Address labor market needs by aligning educational outcomes with job market demands.
- Promote digital systems for various transactions, especially in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic that significantly disrupted many sectors.
