The field of quality control of food products has different outlets affecting several sectors, which opens the way for the fruits of this composition to integrate these institutions "students who only want to obtain a master's degree" to others in progress in the degree up to the doctorate.
Our goal is not only to produce educable knowledge (higher education: master and Ph.D. for the best elements), but also to form tyres capable of intervening in real problems affecting the areas of quality control
Common Trunk of the Field: Nature and Life Sciences - Two Semesters in Bachelor's Degree 4 Classrooms in Master
Our master's degree will allow students with a degree in quality control and microbiology to deepen their knowledge gained during their studies. This training will allow candidates to:
- Understanding the fundamentals of food technologies;
- Quality control techniques for food products on the production line;
- Organization of molecular biology in a quality control laboratory;
- Understanding the context of the law on the suppression of fraud;
- Finally, improve the performance of scientific research.
The master's content we propose should allow students to be effective in university research structures, thereby facilitating their access to research careers and/or professors
This master is awarded to students with a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Quality Control, Bachelor's Degree in Quality Control in Microbiology accredited at Jegel University or other national universities. Students with another bachelor's degree in SNV for all sectors after studying the file by the teaching team
