Browse Programs Admission InformationThe Master's degree program in Business Law is comprehensive and includes the main core subjects taught internationally in this field. It is supervised by a teaching team composed of highly qualified professors, providing students with a well-rounded education. The program consists of 25 modules spread over four semesters, organized into units as follows:

For the fourth semester, the student follows one core teaching unit and prepares their final thesis:
Thesis preparation within the "University – Startup" framework, in accordance with the provisions of Ministerial Order No. 1275 of September 17, 2022, which sets the procedures for developing a thesis project leading to a University – Startup diploma, as amended and supplemented by Order No. 008 of February 23, 2025. This path opens up entrepreneurial opportunities for students, allowing them, after graduation, to become project initiators or business founders. If the student has an innovative idea, they can transform it into a startup or an economic enterprise. The university, through its four support mechanisms, offers these students a comprehensive training during the thesis preparation period, enabling them to acquire the knowledge and basic skills needed to create and successfully manage a business.
Student evaluation is based on two main criteria:
Continuous assessment for subjects that include tutorials: it is conducted at the end of each semester and takes into account student presentations, written research, class participation, as well as written and oral exams. Continuous assessment accounts for 50% of the final grade for the subject.
Final course assessment is done through a written exam at the end of each semester for all subjects. The exam grade represents:
50% of the final grade for subjects that include tutorials,
100% of the final grade for subjects without tutorials.
The student takes a regular examination session each semester, as well as a make-up session, distributed as follows:

The student progresses to the second year if they obtain an average of 10/20 across both semesters or earn 45 credits.

The Master's program in Business Law enables students to acquire in-depth knowledge of law, particularly in its branches related to the economic sector and entrepreneurship. It provides them with a solid academic foundation delivered by specialized professors and opens up numerous promising opportunities:
Entering the job market within public economic enterprises or private companies, working as legal advisors;
Holding positions in Banks, Financial institutions, insurance companies, tax administration, etc.;
Engaging in the field of investment, entrepreneurship, and business creation, by launching startups or economic projects in the form of consulting firms or SMEs, thus directly contributing to economic development;
Enhancing the student’s skills and abilities to allow them to apply for various national competitive exams, such as those for judiciary, bar association, notary, etc.;
Applying for doctoral studies (third cycle) by taking part in PhD entrance competitions in Business Law or in other related open specializations.
Admission to the Master's program in Business Law is open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree in Law or a foreign diploma recognized as equivalent, subject to the availability of academic places and compliance with the applicable registration procedures.
