Program Overview

This professional Master’s program offers an alternative and innovative pathway for students interested in both agriculture and the natural environment. It aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of both fundamental and applied agroecology, along with the related issues such as the increasing and variable needs for food production and the necessity for the conservation and management of natural resources.

The program is designed to train professionals who will implement the agroecological transition in Algeria, addressing the challenges of future food systems capable of managing production and the economy, environmental impacts, and social equity concerns.

This Master’s program prepares students for a wide range of careers related to sustainable agricultural and food production, such as consultancy services, development projects, sales and marketing, management of agricultural and natural resources, and environmental protection.

This Master’s program is primarily open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree in Ecology & Environment.
