Doctorate in Electrical Control

Under the "Study in Algeria" initiative, Setif 1 University – Ferhat Abbas offers a PhD program in Electrical Control, designed for international students. The objective is to train researchers in the design, modeling, and optimization of control systems for electric machines and equipment, with a strong focus on power electronics and intelligent control strategies.

Main research areas:

·       Vector and direct control of electrical machines

·       Power electronics for drive control

·       Digital, real-time, and embedded control systems

·       Intelligent control algorithms (AI, fuzzy logic, etc.)

·       Applications in renewable energy, electric traction, and industrial automation
