Introduction to the University of Blida 2:

The Blida 2 University Pole was established in the municipality of El Affroun. In 2008, the municipality of El Affroun benefited from a 200-hectare university pole, which received a significant financial allocation. Located 20 km west of the province of Blida, the pole was renamed Lounici Ali University of Blida 2.

The organizational structure of the University of Blida 2, as a public institution of a scientific, cultural, and professional nature, with legal personality and financial independence, is governed by a set of legislative and regulatory texts
