Program Overview

The Bachelor's degree in Hydraulics is a university program spanning six semesters with a progressive specialization in hydraulics, covering both theoretical and practical aspects. The curriculum is composed of programs that train professionals capable of understanding, designing, analyzing, and managing hydraulic systems in a variety of fields.

In the first year (Semesters 1 and 2), students take fundamental courses in mathematics, physics, chemistry, computer science, methodology, and communication.

 

The second year (Semesters 3 and 4) is devoted to basic and pre-specialized subjects: Fluid Mechanics, General Hydraulics (Canals and Pipes), Hydrology, Topography, GIS, Strength of Materials, and Applied Thermodynamics.


The third year (Semesters 5 and 6) includes specialized subjects, including :

- Urban and Agricultural Hydraulics

- Drinking Water and Sanitation Networks

- Pumps, Dams, and Hydraulic Systems

- Specialized Software (EPANET, HEC-RAS)

- Final-Year Project + Internship

Admissions Information

Admission to The Hydraulics bachelor's program is granted to students who have successfully completed the first year of the Science and Technology program, regardless of whether they have outstanding academic debts, based on the number of available academic places. It should be noted that entry into the Science and Technology program is restricted to candidates holding a baccalaureate in Experimental Sciences, Mathematics, or Technical Mathematics.

Candidates must have strong skills in mathematics and analytical thinking.
