Program Overview
The goal of training in the field of Family Law is to acquire scientific competencies and psychological readiness, enabling students to:
- Gain the necessary experience to understand the nature of disputes that arise within the family.
- Have the ability to interpret legal texts and apply them correctly in ways that achieve benefits and interests within the family.
- Assess the real dangers that threaten the family and society in general.
Additionally, it aims to develop the student’s individual capacities in terms of:
- Mastering the understanding of the mechanisms and regulations on which family law legislation is based in both the law and Islamic law.
- The ability to address the problems facing the Algerian family and seek appropriate solutions.
- The ability to supervise and train specialists in family affairs in the future.
