Program Overview

This doctoral training program, which pays close attention to the objectives and lines of research underpinning the parent laboratory, aims to promote the decompartmentalization of disciplines in order to better link the school, the university, languages, cultures and life in society, and thus prevent them from operating in a vacuum. To this end, the training team puts in place a rich and varied program, enabling doctoral students to acquire disciplinary and cross-disciplinary skills and develop their knowledge of scientific research. By the end of the program, doctoral students will have developed a high-level scientific culture that will give them the status of researcher and enable them to assert themselves both nationally and internationally. The skills acquired throughout the course will enable future PhD graduates to pursue professional activities in the fields of teaching and scientific research. It is possible, however, for future PhDs to move into other sectors.
