Given the new bachelor's and master's programs in the field of science and technology, we note that subjects related to industrial hygiene and safety, operational safety, control and automation of industrial systems are integrated into almost all training programs in the hygiene and safety sector. The training of future doctors is therefore more than necessary. Thanks to the refresher courses offered, this program offers future doctors the opportunity to acquire a solid foundation of knowledge to address various issues related to industrial safety, industrial hygiene, automation, industrial risk control and analysis, and advanced environmental protection techniques.
The proposed doctoral program addresses the shortage of scientific researchers in the field of industrial and environmental hygiene and safety. It also enables addressing issues of automation and control, risk management, particularly related to industrial activities, and industrial safety at different levels. This program will have a significant local, national, and international impact on industrial issues related to the skills acquired. Future doctoral students will benefit from theoretical and practical training combining scientific theories and industrial realities (Skikda industrial zone), with their research focusing on concrete problems related to the local and national industrial zone. Future graduates of this doctorate will be able become senior managers specializing in the fields of industrial hygiene and safety, automation and industrial risks, as well as industrial systems control.
