Program Overview

The spécialisation of in-depth private law is one of the branches of private law, and it is a precise and important specialisation because it deals with the civil aspect of private law with its branches: civil law, commercial law and personal status law, where the branches of this section deal with private relations in all their aspects, whether related to family building and mutual obligations between spouses, or the rights of children, or related to financial transactions between civil or commercial parties that interfere with the daily life of the individual, as well as the dispute aspect and the achievement of civil liability both tortuous and contractual, as well as the dispute aspect.

There is no doubt that these topics are important enough to study and deepen, and justify training in this specialisation, especially in light of the increase in the size and breadth of the relationships subject to private law and the consequent new issues that require specialisation and deepening, which are affected by the rapid development of technology in various social and economic fields and digital transactions and the resulting obligations and new responsibilities and the extent to which this affects private law and interpersonal transactions.

It is also a bridge between the discipline of positive law and the discipline of Islamic law, as well as international law, which has recently become interested in its international treaties and international organisations, and it also builds another bridge between it and real estate law with regard to real estate inheritance and real estate transactions such as transferring, proving or protecting property.

The holder of a bachelor's degree specialising in private law in this specialisation can continue his career in the field of academic master's degree
