The National Higher School of Management was established in Algiers by Executive Decree No. 08-116 of April 9, 2008, in accordance with Executive Decree No. 05-500 of Dhou El Kaada 27, 1426, corresponding to December 29, 2005, which defines the missions and specific rules for the organization and operation of schools outside the university system.
It is the first public National Higher School specialized in management. It is renowned for its dual-competency approach, allowing undergraduate (first-cycle) graduates of higher education to acquire a second area of expertise within their academic journey.
Since July 2014, the school has been located at the university hub of Koléa (Tipaza). It benefits from modern infrastructure and the necessary pedagogical and administrative resources to successfully fulfill its mission of education and scientific research.
