Jurisprudence and Fundamentals is a scientific discipline concerned with Sharia studies based on the texts of revelation in the Holy Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah, and the training in this discipline goes through steps and stages starting from the first year of the Bachelor's degree where the student receives a basic training in Islamic sciences, including those related to the discipline of Jurisprudence and Fundamentals, and in the second year the student's relationship with this discipline increases as the student receives training in the Sharia division by studying standards related to the discipline of Jurisprudence and Fundamentals. The last stage of training at the bachelor's stage is the third year, in which the student's relationship with the mentioned specialisation is clearly and clearly highlighted, as the student receives rigorous training that deals with the study of standards that deepen his knowledge in jurisprudential and fundamental studies
The most important objectives of training in this specialisation are:
1 - Graduating scientific elites specialised in Shari'ah studies that can carry the burden of serving this important aspect in the life of the nation
2 - Serving the Islamic religion in the legislative aspect that complements the doctrinal aspect.
3 - Due to the importance of the jurisprudential aspect in the life of the nation through the search for practical solutions to the new developments, emergencies and issues that arise in its life, the need to implement and employ what it possesses from the balance and components of Islamic religious legislation in order to achieve these solutions is necessary. This is what scientific specialisation in jurisprudence and fundamentals aims to achieve.
Tout étudiant international a le droit de s’inscrire en première phase (Bachelor) sous les conditions suivantes :
- Être titulaire d'un baccalauréat (certificat d'études secondaires) ou d'un certificat équivalent conforme aux exigences pédagogiques.
- Si le candidat ne parle pas l’arabe, il est tenu de suivre une formation d’un an en langue arabe au Centre d’enseignement intensif des langues de l’université.
