About Us
The National Higher School of Hydraulics, Moudjahid Arabaoui Abdellah (ENSH), is a public institution with a scientific, cultural, and professional character, under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It was established in 1972 by Decree No. 08/72 of March 21, 1972, under the name Technical Institute of Hydrology and Land Development (IHB), which was later renamed National Higher School of Hydraulics by Decree No. 85/258 of October 29, 1985.
It became an independent national higher school, separate from the university, by Executive Decree No. 08-217 of July 14, 2008. Currently, ENSH trains state engineers in Hydraulics after five years of study in one of five available specializations.
