Browse Programs Admission InformationThe Master's in Healthcare Facilities Management is a two-year program designed to train professionals capable of managing healthcare institutions by combining strategic rigor, human consideration, and a strong sense of innovation. This multidisciplinary program is structured over four semesters and combines coursework in health economics, law, management, public policy, human resources, information systems, and health technologies.
The first two semesters lay the groundwork with courses in hospital management, health economics, public service management, information systems, and healthcare finance. Special attention is given to digital tools, administrative communication, and legal issues through the study of health law.
The third semester deepens knowledge in quality management, health risk assessment, patient safety, and system resilience. It also includes an introduction to research and specialized seminars.
The fourth semester is dedicated to a professional internship and a supervised individual project, aimed at applying the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the program in a real-world setting.
